Amid the midsummer heat of July, we reviewed past performance and mapped out strategies for the new chapter. The 2026 Seamarco Mid-Year Summary Conference was held at Lianting Meiyue Hotel in Cicheng, Ningbo from July 25 to 26, 2026. Attendees included staff from the General Management Office, managerial personnel of all departments and project team leaders.

The conference kicked off with a team-building activity on the morning of its first day. Managers, who are normally immersed in frontline business operations, stepped away from their heavy workloads. Through relaxing and interactive group activities, they bridged communication gaps across departments, laying a harmonious and efficient groundwork for the in-depth discussions to follow.

Heads of all departments, project teams and shipping route teams delivered sequential reviews and summaries of work performance in the first half of the year. Combined with prevailing industry trends, they sorted out work plans including targets for performance sprint in the next phase and arrangements for key tasks. The company’s General Manager presided over the conference, and all participants reached a unified consensus and focused on cross-team collaboration.

"Value Restructuring Empowered by AI" served as a featured special discussion topic of the conference. Participants actively exchanged views on practical AI application scenarios in daily operations and shared their expectations for the digital era ahead. The group agreed to fully deliver efficient workflows and high-value customer services through concrete implementation and continuous optimization in the subsequent stage.

For the next phase, we will align our goals and unite as one to fully implement all plans outlined at this conference. Leveraging AI-powered digital tools, we will forge ahead against challenges and go all out to hit our targets for the second half of the year!
