From July 19 to 20, 2025, the 2025 Seamarco Mid-Year Review Conference was held at the Jinxiu Garden Hotel in Deqing, Huzhou. The meeting was attended by the executive management team, department managers, and project team leaders.

All departments comprehensively reported their achievements for the first half of the year, outlined key tasks for the second half, and each established one core project as their breakthrough focus. The meeting identified "Organizational Innovation" and "Service Leap" as the core directions for the next phase. The company's General Manager personally chaired the conference, where all participants aligned their consensus and focused on collaboration, engaging in in-depth discussions and vigorous debates throughout the two-day high-efficiency agenda.
